Who We Are
Introduction
The Kandhlavi Foundation for Productive Education was founded by Mr. Usama Kandhlavi.
This foundation has been created to support the development of a new college with a high school in Kandhla.
Currently, there are two directors of the foundation:
Mr. Qayamuddin.
The foundation is actively working on building the college, and this website is the official site of the Kandhlavi Foundation for Productive Education.
Our Journey Towards Education in Kandhla
The Kandhlavi Foundation for Productive Education began with one clear goal — to make education easy and safe for Muslim girls and boys in Kandhla.
This idea came in 2019 from Mohammad Usama Kandhlavi, also known as Qazi Usama. At that time, many Muslim families had stopped sending their daughters to school or college because of safety worries and a bad environment. Qazi Usama saw this problem and decided to take a strong step.
He first planned to build a medical science college along with a high school.
But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was paused.
In 2024, the project started again, with a new plan —
To build a school up to class 12, and a college with short diploma courses, like nursing.
On 31st January 2025, this dream moved forward when the foundation of the college building was officially started.
The first brick was placed by Maulana Aaqil Sahib, and many people from the area, including his family, came to support the event.
In the future, we plan to grow this into a full medical college, with a hospital and hostel.
Our main aim is to give good education with Islamic values, and to make sure that girls feel safe and respected while studying.
This is not just a dream —
It is a mission for a better future of Kandhla’s children.
